) arrived - gorgeous photos and clear, complete instructions. The best thing is that it has a recipe for angel food cake. I could make a genuinely angelic version when I lived at sea level. At altitude, I have been able to make adjustments that keep it from collapsing into a rubbery pancake, but it lacks the texture and flavor that I crave. Looking forward to trying the version from this book. Will post results here.
