    1. Personal Data you provide to LTH Forum

Personally Identifiable Information is any information that can be used to identify a specific individual, such as your name, email address, home address, phone number, and date of birth. When you visit the LTH Forum Sites, LTH Forum and third parties with whom LTH Forum has contracted to provide services may collect information on your actions. This type of information is generally collected from two sources. One is from the server log files and the other is from cookies.

      • Log Data

When you visit the LTH Forum Sites, whether as a member or as an unregistered user, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type or the webpage you were visiting before you came to the LTH Forum Sites, pages of the LTH Forum Sites that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on the LTH Forum Sites, access times and dates, and other statistics. We use Log Data to monitor and analyze use of the LTH Forum Sites and the Service, to help diagnose problems with our server and for technical administration, to increase the functionality and user-friendliness of the LTH Forum Sites, and to better tailor the Service to our visitors’ needs. We may also sometimes use IP addresses to monitor and enforce compliance with our Terms of Service.

      • Cookies

Like many websites, we use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies for two purposes. First, we utilize cookies to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Site. Second, we utilize cookies to enable certain features of the Service to better understand how you interact with the LTH Forum Sites, and to monitor aggregate usage by members and unregistered users and web traffic routing on the Site. Third-party advertisers may also place or read cookies on your browser. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of the LTH Forum Sites or all functionality of the Service.

To the extent that the LTH Forum Sites contain advertising provided by third party companies, such companies may deliver a cookie to you so the ads you see can be tracked and ensure that you are not shown the same ad too many times. These cookies tag your computer only with a number, and LTH Forum does not provide third party advertising companies with any personally identifiable information. However, these companies may use non-personally identifiable information about your visits to the LTH Forum Sites and other sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies, click here.
