- Personal Data you provide to LTH Forum
Personally Identifiable Information is any information that can be used to identify a specific individual, such as your name, email address, home address, phone number, and date of birth. Although registration is not required to read postings on the LTH Forum Sites, users must register for an Account to post to the LTH Forum Sites. The LTH Forum Sites may contain links to advertisers or other websites that are not controlled or affiliated with LTH Forum. If you choose to visit an advertiser by “clicking on” a banner ad or other type of advertisement, or click on a link provided by LTH Forum, an LTH Forum member, or a third party, you will be directed to that website. The fact that we link to a website or present a banner ad or other type of advertisement is not an endorsement, authorization, or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. LTH Forum does not control and cannot be responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such non-LTH Forum websites linked to from within the LTH Forum Sites. - Changing or Deleting Your Information
LTH Forum provides you with the ability to access, review, update, correct or delete any Personally Identifiable Information in your profile at any time, including contact information or other information you’ve provided. You may not, however, change your member name. If you would like to delete your record in our system, please contact the Moderators with a request that we delete your account and Personally Identifying Information from our database. LTH Forum will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request, but may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
LTH Forum is very concerned with safeguarding your information and employs reasonable physical, technological, and administrative security measures under the circumstances. Nevertheless, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while LTH Forum strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
- International Transfer
The LTH Forum Sites are not directed to or intended for children under 13. LTH Forum does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13.
